Whatever your level of fitness, we offer a wide range of fitness classes and courses to suit your needs. All classes are instructor led, and enable you to have fun and enjoyment while working on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

Unless exempt, all customers must use face coverings when moving around the centre. This include arriving and leaving the leisure centre.

Some daytime classes will take place without reception staff. Your instructor will be at the front door to greet you no earlier then 5 minutes before your class.
