Yondo

 

Welcome to our world of online classes. 

We are very excited to start our new online adventure and offer our customers the opportunity to workout from home. We will be using Yondo as our online platform. Its very simple to set yourself up as a Yondo user and it's FREE to register;

- Simply click on the Yondo logo below which will take you to our Yondo webpage

- Then select the class you wish to join

- If its your first time, you will be asked to register your details

- Done.

Online Classes FAQ's

How much are the online classes?

Online classes are included in the Elite and Pro Studio memberships. A voucher code is redeemable from reception. For all Pay as You Go users, our classes will cost £2.70 per class

Log in early

When you register for a class you will be waiting for the instructor to start the live stream. Make sure you're all set before the class start time, you don't want to miss out on the warm up!

Use a computer or laptop

To get the best view, try not to watch the class on your phone. Tablets should work fine but to get the best view then laptops or computers have shown to work best

Attach some speakers

To get the best sound, plug in speakers to your laptop or computer. Usually the speakers from the laptop wont be strong enough so by plugging in some speakers or Bluetooth headphones and you should be able to hear us loud and clear 

Can we chat with the instructor?

You can chat through the message board but the instructor won't be able to see you and wont be able to respond once the class has started. They can see who is attending but cannot see you working out. You could be using a bag of shopping instead of a kettlebell for all we know!

What if I can't do an exercise or it hurts?

If any exercise ever hurts then stop! If you're unsure of an exercise or if you can't do the one the instructor is doing then stop and re-start with the next move. 

Can I pause and come back to the session?

At the moment, no. We are running live fitness classes online but hopefully in time we will be able to offer classes as downloadable videos that you can use at a time that suits you.
